    Solutions Engineer Copenhagen | OnSite Subsets (YC S23) is an early-stage startup building the future of AI-driven subscription growth. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll join the early team as the technical bridge between our platform and our customers. This is not a traditional customer success role - you'll operate as a technical owner of customer outcomes, deeply embedded in both our product and our customers' data, systems, and workflows. What you will do - own the technical success of a portfolio of accounts and translate customer goals into concrete, working solutions within the Subsets platform. - work hands-on with data and models: build, validate, and deploy ML-driven features such as propensity models and churn signals, and ensure reliable data flows across integrations (Braze, Sailthru, and others). - bridge product and engineering: validate the feasibility of use cases, prototype new solutions, identify product gaps, and take care of bugs. - partner closely with our Lifecycle Engineer(s), who lead the client relationship, while you own the technical part. - work in a lean, high-performing team where you will have a significant impact and assume high levels of responsibility. As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll join the early team building the future of subscription lifecycle management, helping brands create audiences, run experiments, and optimize how messaging impacts churn, retention, upsell and more! As a Lifecycle Engineer, you'll join the early team to work hands-on with our platform and our clients. You will be owning, driving, and expanding adoption of the product across a portfolio of customers while helping to define what great customer outcomes look like as we scale.
