What you will do - work hands-on within the Subsets platform to build, optimise, and iterate on lifecycle campaigns and subscriber journeys alongside our clients. - help shape the structure and playbook of the customer team model as one of the first Lifecycle Engineers at Subsets - this is a defining role in how we scale. - own and manage a portfolio of 5-10 enterprise customers, acting as the primary point of contact responsible for adoption, business outcomes, and satisfaction of the client. - develop a deep understanding of each client's business, proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth and addressing challenges before they arise. - partner closely with a solutions engineer, who will handle technical escalations and integrations, so you can stay focused on strategy and outcomes. - work in a lean, high-performing team where you will have a significant impact and assume high levels of responsibility.
