What You'll Do Be a trusted point of contact for customers, supporting their questions, feedback, and evolving needs. Build and strengthen long-term relationships that inspire customer loyalty and satisfaction. Partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and finance teams to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused solutions. Create and maintain account plans that highlight growth opportunities and proactively address potential risks. Collaborate with the Director of Key Accounts to align customer strategies with company goals. Share insights about customer preferences, trends, and challenges to help guide better decisions.
