About this role

HR Systems Analyst Washington, DC The HR Systems Analyst plays a crucial role at Spire Global, supporting the HR Operations team and touching every part of the employee experience. This position involves developing and executing project plans, managing programs from inception to completion, system administration and data analysis. This role combines elements of data visualization, data connectivity, HR systems management and process management that includes partnering with global teams to understand the needs of the candidate, employee and manager to create and execute a positive experience that promotes a sense of belonging from talent acquisition through offboarding. A key aspect of the role involves building dashboards, connecting data and reporting. The HR Systems Analyst will also streamline HR processes, automate manual tasks, build new processes (both in systems and creating SOPs) and trouble shoot/problem solve system issues. When necessary, the role will also evaluate and implement HR platforms and provide training. This role will manage day to day inquiries and issues (ticketing), conduct data audits, manage system administration, and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR Operations support. Ideal candidates should enjoy working with systems, doing research, figuring out creative or new ways of presenting data and improving processes. In the past, the candidate may have worked with some coding (example, Python or HTML), however it may not have been the primary focus of their role.
