This role helps us to make the most of our data and technology by building data models, analytical reporting and drawing out practical insight that leads to real performance improvements . You will drive the use of automation , technological innovation and advanced analytics across the department, working with a wide range of planning, employee, customer and performance datasets. You will do this using tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, A.I. and Machine Learning. As well as data science approaches such as statistical analysis to design and develop insightful analysis to propose business actions . As an Expert you will lead and support a range of data-led performance improvement projects built on your analysis, your drive to find problems and your desire to take ownership for delivering tangible positive change .
