Technical Writing Analyst Israel - Tel Aviv About the Role The Marketing Cloud Content Experience team is looking for a Technical Writing Analyst who's energized by the challenge of making complex technology clear, useful, and human. In this role, you'll shape the content that customers, admins, and developers rely on every day - from the words they read inside the product to the guides that help them build on it. Your work will directly influence how people experience and succeed with Marketing Cloud. What You'll Be Doing Author UI text, in-app help, and user-facing documentation for Marketing Cloud products Write clear, accurate release notes and developer documentation that keep teams informed and unblocked Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers throughout the Agile product development cycle Leverage AI-assisted writing tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini) to streamline content workflows and deliver at scale Balance multiple deliverables across product areas, consistently meeting quality and timing expectations Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and communicate technical information Continuously improve content based on user feedback, product changes, and evolving best practices What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience documenting software for technical audiences Demonstrated experience writing UI text, in-app help content, release notes, and developer documentation Hands-on experience with AI-assisted writing tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Gemini Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex technologies quickly and independently Excellent writing and editing skills - clear, concise, and accessible across different audience types
