Your Role As a Service Cloud Account Executive, you'll work as a strategic partner to enterprise customers and prospects - helping them solve real service and contact centre challenges using the full power of Salesforce, including Agentforce , our autonomous AI platform. You'll carry quota for Service Cloud and work both within existing accounts and hunt for new business in a named account set. Day to Day Build and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across your enterprise territory. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their service and CX challenges Drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts and acquiring net-new logos Evangelize AI-powered service solutions - including Agentforce - that transform how businesses support their customers Run full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close Exceed annual quota through a consultative, outcome-led approach Ideal Expertise 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, ideally in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Field Service, or CX A track record of consistent quota overachievement Strong consultative selling skills - discovery, solution framing, negotiation, and close Experience with SaaS and software sales Ability to work cross-functionally in complex enterprise deals Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a bonus!)
