Named Account Executive, Enterprise: Non-Profit Switzerland - Zurich; Germany - Munich The Experience The Enterprise Account Executive, Nonprofit, is part of our Enterprise Sales team covering nonprofit organisations across Germany and Switzerland. In this role, you will build strategic relationships with large nonprofit institutions - acting as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders and helping organisations navigate their digital transformation journey with Salesforce solutions. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who combines deep enterprise sales experience with a genuine interest in the nonprofit sector and the ability to develop long-term, mission-aligned customer partnerships. What You'll Actually Be Doing Own the full sales cycle across a portfolio of nonprofit accounts - developing and executing long-term account strategies, driving pipeline, and closing enterprise deals that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across nonprofit organisations, including C-level executives, to understand their mission, operational challenges, and strategic priorities. Collaborate with internal Salesforce teams including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and product specialists to coordinate resources and deliver compelling, tailored value propositions. Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management while staying informed on nonprofit industry trends and the competitive landscape. You're Our Person If... You have 5 or more years of full-cycle Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
