About this role

Instructors Senior Mexico - Mexico City Salesforce Instructors deliver instructor-led training that helps customers adopt and activate Salesforce products and features. They teach both virtual and in-person classes, guiding customers through hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and troubleshooting to build practical product skills and drive successful adoption. Deliveries range from 90-minute sessions to 5-day courses. This role requires individuals who are passionate about learning and teaching, and who can learn new products and features in a dynamic, evolving environment. Instructors act as subject matter experts in the classroom, answering questions in real time and helping customers apply Salesforce capabilities to their business needs. Instructors also collaborate closely with Content, Product, and Cloud Success teams, sharing feedback from the classroom to improve training and better support customer experiences. Ideal candidates are experienced in facilitating live virtual and in-person sessions, managing hands-on exercises, troubleshooting issues, and adapting as products evolve. They are strong communicators who enjoy working directly with customers and enabling them to get value from Salesforce, and are able to deliver to beginner through advanced audiences. Instructors are expected to meet a 4.7/5 CSat average and 30-35 delivery days per quarter, supported by ongoing coaching and feedback. Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Data Cloud is a plus, as is programming experience. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus; strong English delivery is required.
