Leads negotiation processes, identifies growth opportunities, mobilizes internal resources, and ensures the achievement of sales, profitability, and execution targets. Additionally, they follow up on administrative and financial matters related to their accounts and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless execution. RESPONSABILIDADES A. Commercial Management and Account Development Develop and implement strategic account plans with long‑term value focus. Identify growth opportunities, risks, and client needs. Lead key negotiations and ensure compliance with agreements. Promote CooperVision's value proposition. Ensure commercial execution at POS and promotional activities. Mobilize internal teams for timely solutions. Support Annual Sales Plan creation. Ensure profitability indicators and compliance. B. E‑commerce and Digital Management Manage digital accounts (pure players and omnichannel). Ensure availability, pricing, content, and product listings. Monitor digital KPIs. Coordinate digital strategies with marketing. Analyze online performance and recommend actions. C. Commercial Administration and Finance Follow up on payments and accounts receivable. Coordinate balance clarifications. Manage Oracle account updates. Monitor sales and profitability. D. Planning and Management Tools Support Annual Sales Plan development. Maintain Salesforce information updated. Prepare business reports and analyses. Comply with corporate processes. E.
