Our deep domain experience, elevated points of view, and trusted advisor approach enables Sales, Solutions, and GTM teams to engage customers as subject matter experts and strategic partners - not salespeople. Role Description As an Industry Advisor for Financial Services, you will serve as a visionary and strategic partner to our most ambitious customers - architecting the future of Financial Services across Australia and New Zealand. You will bring deep domain expertise to help C-level executives navigate AI and technology modernisation, with a focus on customer/client/member experience, middle and back office transformation, regulatory change, and building the agentic enterprise. You will connect sales teams, global industry and product leadership, partners, and customers - ensuring Salesforce solutions address the most pressing ANZ Financial Services challenges. The ideal candidate brings experience across banking, insurance, and wealth management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital and AI transformation programs. They will have deep working knowledge of Salesforce's Financial Services suite and experience shaping AI strategy at a financial institution, from vision through to execution. Core Responsibilities Executive Engagement - Build credibility with C-suite customers and partners; lead industry advisory boards and represent Salesforce at major industry events and forums, adapting your delivery style to drive influence at every level.
