About the Role As a Staff Product Manager on our Identity Resilience team, you'll drive the strategy and execution of Rubrik's core Identity resilience capabilities, expanding to new use cases, and ensuring our customer's identity providers and infrastructure are continuously operational, secure, and compliant. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the identity market. You will partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and Rubrik customers to deeply understand their challenges and bring a differentiated, market-leading solution to life. Key Responsibilities - Own and execute the product roadmap for Operational Continuity across the Identity fabric - including Okta, Ping, Entra ID, Active Directory, and the connected infrastructure.
