Project Manager, Creative & Production Katowice, , Poland Company Description: Job Description: About the Role We're looking for a Marketing & Web Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing, website, and creative production projects that support internal teams and external stakeholders. In this role, you'll own projects end‑to‑end, coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee content and web deliverables, and ensure clear, proactive communication with stakeholders. Your work will directly impact how efficiently our marketing and web teams operate and how consistently we deliver high‑quality digital experiences. A Day in the Life of Our Marketing & Web Project Manager Plan, structure, and oversee marketing, web, and creative projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing priorities. Partner with requestors (marketing, communications, regional teams) to plan quarterly workloads and define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations. Create, manage, and track Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure smooth execution across all project stages. Coordinate website projects, including page creation, updates, content migrations, and template maintenance within content management systems. Review, update, and structure website content to ensure it meets brand, corporate, and regional standards. Support stakeholders with content‑related guidance and training, ensuring consistency and quality across markets. Track project KPIs and marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and lead discussions on optimization and improvement. Manage team workflows, set priorities, and balance daily and weekly workloads across multiple concurrent projects. Ensure teams have all required inputs, assets, and approvals, while maintaining transparent internal communication. Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations around timelines
