How this opportunity is different The Portfolio Coordinator is a key player in ensuring successful colleague engagement and adoption across multiple projects. This role offers broad ownership across North America with direct exposure to executive partners and a strong focus on strategy, governance, and delivery oversight rather than people management. It centers on crafting priorities, providing trusted mentorship, and translating global direction into effective regional execution within a sophisticated, matrixed organization. The team will be working witihin US hours - between 14:00 and 22:00 (CEST). What the day will look like Program and Project delivery for Aon Technology within the North America region Partners closely with regional leadership and global service owners to strengthen performance and drive impact on key strategic initiatives to ensure goals and benchmarks are achieved. Establishes, owns and maintains relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders in support of overall business strategy and PMO Team effectiveness. Collaborate with senior leaders to define project priorities, implementation opportunities and challenges and keep them up to date with project risks and delivery.
