We are an experienced team based in London, Warsaw and New York. This role is for our Warsaw office. We work in a hybrid setup - we are flexible, but we value in-person collaboration. Contract type: B2B. What you'll be doing As a Product Engineer at Velocity, you will ship - backed with AI - complete products that integrate deeply with financial systems. You'll work directly with product managers and stakeholders, own entire product flows, and take responsibility from idea to production and beyond. Must-have Strong product mindset and ownership: You understand product goals, collaborate directly with product managers and stakeholders, and own features end to end. This includes ideation, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring. You are a problem solver. Hands-on AI-first development workflow: You use AI tools daily to design, code, debug, and ship faster. AI is a core part of how we build products, not an optional enhancement. Fast execution and bias for action: You will ship your first meaningful PR on day one. You bring hunger, ambition, and focus on shipping real value
