About the role: As an Inbound Market Development Representative (MDR) at Parloa, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers engaging with our brand. You'll play a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities for our sales team, and supporting the field marketing team, ensuring every prospect has a thoughtful, high-quality first experience with Parloa. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, requiring strong communication skills, curiosity, and a sharp understanding of customer needs. Areas of ownership: - Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels (web, events, campaigns) - Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels to understand their business challenges and goals - Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent - Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives - Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) - Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance - Continuously refine messaging and outreach based on prospect
