About this role
Talent Analyst New York City, NY Orion Group is looking for an experienced and energetic Talent Analyst to join our team! As a Talent Analyst, you will play a key role in our growth as you are responsible for sourcing, cultivating and hiring high potential candidates for executive positions across the holding company of Orion and its verticals.This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of spending 2-3 days per week in the office Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a diverse range of sourcing techniques, including desk research, online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Initial Outreach: Initiate contact with potential candidates via email, LinkedIn, or other appropriate channels, providing information about available opportunities and fostering initial engagement. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, addressing queries, and nurturing relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of talent to support organizational objectives. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and align sourcing strategies with business objectives. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, application statuses, and sourcing activities within our applicant tracking system. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, emerging technologies, and AI advancements in talent acquisition to enhance sourcing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
