This is a highly strategic role for an experienced recruiter (10+ years) who thrives in complex environments, is deeply engaged with AI and emerging technologies , and is passionate about building high-impact teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing deep market expertise, strong commercial awareness, and a forward-looking perspective on how AI is transforming talent and hiring. Your ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders will be key to driving successful outcomes. Job Description: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas, with full ownership of delivery and outcomes Partner closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, providing strategic guidance and market intelligence , particularly within AI and technology talent markets Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies , leveraging advanced tools, AI-enabled sourcing, and non-traditional channels Act as a consultant to the business , challenging role design, level calibration, and talent strategy where needed Drive a high-impact, efficient hiring process, ensuring speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future-focused capabilities (AI, digital, and emerging skillsets) Use data and insights to inform decision-making, optimise processes, and influence hiring strategies Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation of the TA function , bringing new ideas and best practices Elevate employer brand through strategic storytelling, executive-level engagement, and targeted market positioning
