Analytic Account Manager, Retailers, BookScan North Sydney, NSW, Australia Company Description: Job Description: We're looking for an experienced analytic Account Manager to support and grow the NielsenIQ BookScan retailer panel in Australia. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to retailers, analyse and deliver high-quality insights, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of BookScan data. You'll manage the BookScan panel and key relationships, contribute to panel growth, and collaborate across the business to enhance our products and services. Responsibilities Panel Management: Manage and support retailer accounts participating in the BookScan panel Client Engagement: Recruit new retailers, manage onboarding/offboarding, and strengthen panel engagement; Build strong client relationships through presentations, workshops, and ongoing communication Training & Enablement: Provide training to help clients maximise the value of BookScan services Data Quality: Ensure accurate weekly data through quality checks, issue resolution, and regular retailer audits Insight & Analysis: Deliver clear, actionable insights by using your analytic skills to work with multiple data sources Work with BookData colleagues, the General Manager, and wider NIQ teams on product improvements and integrated solutions Contribute positively to team culture and uphold NielsenIQ values Qualifications: Education & Industry Knowledge: Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience; publishing, bookselling, or market research experience desirable but not essential Sales & Account Management: 4+ years' experience in panel, account management, or consultative sales; proven ability to manage key accounts or a panel of retailers Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical & numerical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization expertise;
