The Netflix Publishing team ( Tudum.com , Tudum Magazine, Netflix Podcasts) is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager to lead Publishing's global expansion in Mexico focused. This role will set the editorial directional and local strategy for Tudum.com, building on pilot learnings to create a compelling home for members fans that deepen engagement and drive audience growth. You'll oversee a small, multidisciplinary team and partner closely with local Marketing, Publicity, and Social teams to ensure storytelling is culturally relevant and resonates with members and fans - reaching them with the right content, at the right time, in the right places. Key Responsibilities Strategic Direction & Growth Define and evolve the local editorial content strategy for Spanish language, aligning with global Publishing goals and local priorities. Analyze performance and memorialize learnings from pilots and campaigns to inform future strategy. Set and iterate on strategies for content, audience reach, and distribution to grow overall engagement and reach. Identify and adapt priorities based on performance data, predictive insights, and emerging opportunities.
