The Product Merchandising organization delivers intuitive merchandising and local expertise to make it easy and enjoyable for our members to find and choose what to watch now, and next. The Performance Sr. Analyst role will be responsible for driving custom regional analyses to understand title and catalog promotion, product behavior, and merchandising activations. This role will use self-serve tooling and will partner with Global Merchandising performance teams to develop and continue to scale dashboards for performance tracking. Success in this role requires an advanced knowledge of distribution metrics and concepts, a curious mindset, and a collaborative spirit. You should be comfortable at the intersection of data and creativity, and thrive at translating information (data, facts) into understanding (stories and takeaways).
