Senior Associate - Private Wealth Digital Platforms & Client Experience New York, NY Position Overview: The Senior Associate - Digital Platforms & Client Experience will play a key role in advancing the digital experience for Neuberger Wealth clients. This role centers on identifying and implementing client-centric enhancements to the client portal and mobile app, supporting seamless and efficient digital interactions. Additional responsibilities include client service data analysis in support of Neuberger wealth teams, driving the evolution of client reporting solutions, and managing the distribution of client communications. Success in this role calls for a genuine interest in elevating client experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities: Identify and recommend client-centric enhancements to the online client portal and app to drive meaningful improvements in the overall client experience Partner with internal technology teams and third-party fintech firms to define requirements and perform quality assurance on new features, confirming solutions are aligned with objectives and meet quality standards Support the client portal by addressing inquiries from Neuberger wealth teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and documenting solutions to prevent recurrence Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Technology, to define, draft, and distribute external client communications Leverage Salesforce advisor book data to analyze client segments, assess the reach and impact of client communications, and translate insights from large data sets into actionable outcomes using tools such as Excel and Tableau Evaluate current communication processes and recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Present upcoming
