About this role

Strategic Account Manager Mid-Atlantic US Region Location : The territory for this role is the Mid-Atlantic Region which includes New Jersey as well as Eastern and Western Pennsylvania. We are hiring a Women's Health Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to join Natera! The Strategic Account Manager works with the local women's health sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase Natera testing in IDNs, large hospital systems and Academic Medical Centers. This role involves internal collaboration, leading without authority, and forming relationships with key senior level influencers within health systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and Lab Partners to utilize Natera's women's health portfolio of tests. - Become a subject matter expert in Natera's technology and service offerings, effectively representing the company to key stakeholders including KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors, and Senior Management of Partner Labs. - Develop relationships within OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs through various educational opportunities. - Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in order to implement EMR and UX tools that will drive growth of Natera's women's health products. - Develop and implement business plans that align with sales goals and resource availability, coordinating regional strategies and tactics with Regional Directors. - Collaborate with the Natera Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) team to maximize business opportunities and partnerships. - Formulate and execute strategies based on field input, market assessments, and industry trends, consistently applying "Best Practices". - Work with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure blood access
