Fleet Tire Sales Manager – 4518-FTSM US CA Home Office The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of new and retreaded commercial truck tires, along with related products and services, across assigned Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center locations. While the position may be based in various states (preferably West Coast or adjacent), the successful candidate must have the flexibility and willingness to travel. Why This Role Matters: Focus on achieving profit goals, increasing market share, and expanding sales performance. Re-engaging 75 Target Accounts-defined as accounts with no purchases in the past six months-by executing strategic plans aligned with operating budgets. Serving as a key contributor to business growth through strong customer relationships and effective sales execution. What You'll Do: Promote Goodyear products and programs, highlighting the Total Goodyear Program's competitive value. Execute marketing initiatives and promotional pricing strategies. Manage customer engagement through sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting. Conduct monthly fleet surveys for Target Accounts to identify needs and opportunities. Lead and participate in Retread Plant Tours to educate customers. Drive retread sales growth, including mounted wheel programs. Provide timely, accurate product guidance and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Build strong customer and internal relationships to support satisfaction and results. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED. Direct selling experience in a business to business (B2B) environment. Experience managing a sales team in business to business (B2B) environment.
