About this role
Manager, Strategic Resilience - Disaster Management - Hybrid (Tallahassee, FL) Tallahassee, FL (FL36) ICF's Disaster Management Division seeks a Manager, Strategic Resilience , who will support clients in implementing federally- and state-funded grant projects, specifically in the energy sector . This position is a Hybrid position in Tallahassee, Florida. Candidates must have permanent work authorization in the U.S. Compensation: While the range below is broader, this position will offer a base salary of ($100K to $120K). Offer based on % of job description match and location. The Manager will work with ICF staff and our clients to deliver grant and program management support across opportunities funded by federal and state agencies including the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Department of Commerce. The Manager will support ICF clients in the delivery of federally- and state-funded grant programs, working closely with senior project leadership to ensure compliant execution, strong client service, and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a track record of superior execution and growth and will be responsible for ensuring that programs are positioned to optimize grant resource allocation, build strong solutions to impacted areas, and provide strong risk management.
