A day in the life: As the Project Manager of Digital Transformation, you will support complex, cross-functional IT programs that powers manufacturing excellence, streamline logistics, and advance digital transformation across Monster Energy. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, Project Lifecycle Management (PLM), Ariba and integrated business systems. You will translate strategic business goals into executable technical plans and drive programs from concept through successful implementation-ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are consistently met. The impact you'll make: - Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, on-time delivery, and stakeholder engagement across the S/4 HANA Programs. - Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and project team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks. - Allocate resources efficiently, manage resource management plan and coordinate with other departments for support
