About this role
RMS Architect Remote Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the country in which the role is being hired. We are looking for an Architect who specializes in Records Management System (RMS) products and workflows to join our Product Architecture team. This is a highly customer-facing, delivery-oriented role responsible for overseeing configuration, implementation, and business process analysis across public safety agencies. You will operate in a consultative and technical capacity, supporting the full lifecycle of RMS delivery, from solution design and application setup through training, launch, and adoption. You'll work across a variety of products such as Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants, ensuring that product features, workflows, and technical configurations are effectively defined, implemented, and adopted. This position requires at least 50% travel.
