As the Manager of Integrations Delivery you are responsible for leading a team of integration consultants who deliver client-facing integration services and solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation of integrations while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will focus on team development, project oversight, and the continuous improvement of integration delivery standards-driving both operational excellence and client satisfaction across all engagements. What you'll do: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants responsible for delivering implementation and configuration of integration solutions. - Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of consultants across multiple client projects and workstreams. - Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and integration best practices. - Serve as a senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues related to integration scope and execution. - Partner with integration solution consultants to ensure alignment of consultant deliverables with solution design. - Monitor consultant utilization, productivity, and professional development, ensuring capacity planning aligns
