What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers, and technical project manager while fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence Collaborate with technical leads to manage technical debt, improve performance, and guide architectural decisions Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Business Operations, and SMEs to clarify requirements and align priorities Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure system stability, data integrity, and timely support Remove obstacles, manage risks, and ensure teams have the tools and support needed for delivery Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and drive team health and engagement initiatives
