Senior Manager of Engineering, Platform Cambridge, MA CMT is seeking a collaborative, product-oriented Sr Manager of Engineering to lead our Cloud Infrastructure team. This team builds and evolves CMT's foundational platform services, delivering a robust, secure, and scalable foundation that powers all of our telematics products. You'll partner closely with cross-functional engineering and product leaders across the company to define and drive the team's technical roadmap. CMT is looking for a Senior Manager of Engineering, Platform to help us change the world. CMT has helped protect over 65 million drivers and prevent over 126,000 crashes worldwide. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Set the technical vision and strategy for the engineering team, ensuring it aligns with the company's business goal, maintaining the reliability and scalability of the underlying engineering platform. Team Management and Development : Hire, mentor, and manage a team. This includes performance reviews, developing career plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Technical Oversight : Oversee the technology stack, including backend services and databases and guide key architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across all systems.
