About this role
GTM Analytics Manager Remote - US As a GTM Analytics Manager, you'll work cross-functionally across our entire go-to-market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential. You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to ensure that Lattice executes rigorously against data-driven decisions. This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales & marketing efficiency. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operational leaders across a variety of long-term strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc analyses. Responsibilities Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success. Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making. Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.). Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations Qualifications A bachelor's or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company Strong SQL skills are a must Prior experience with DBT & Looker (or other BI tool) is a strong plus An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
