Social Media Specialist United States of America - Irvine, California Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: - A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, including platform best practices, content formats, trends, and audience behavior. - A strong understanding and a clear point of view on what makes content scroll-stopping, engaging, and platform-native - Experience ideating, creating, and editing social content, especially short-form video - Ability to work independently, but you also know how to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners to move projects forward - Strong writing skills with solid communication skills and know how to tailor messaging for different platforms, audiences, and creative formats - Comfort in guiding creators, designers, editors, influencers, or agency partners and can give clear, actionable creative direction - Experience with social media management, reporting, and trend-monitoring tools such as Sprout Social or similar platforms - Experience interpreting performance data, spot patterns, and turn learnings into better creative decisions - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment without dropping details - Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through - Interest in health and wellness and excited by the opportunity to create content in a space that is constantly evolving. - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task Equipment Knowledge: - Experience CapCut or Adobe Premiere Preferred - Experience with Sprout Social - Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
