The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role involves developing strategies to increase revenue, training, and motivating the sales team, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance. This position with support and manage sales for a portion of the southern United States and must live in the assigned territory. The role covers the following states: KY, TN, and NC. It is preferred that the candidate reside in Charlotte, NC or Knoxville, TN but will consider other locations of residence within the regional area. #LI-SL1 A Day In The Life Providing guidance, motivation, and training to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets. Developing strategies and objectives to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to assess team and individual performance. Designing and implementing sales plans, promotions, and initiatives to maximize revenue and market penetration. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
