Ingeniero de Control Ciudad Juarez, DE Job Overview The Senior Associate Manufacturing Engineer is a leadership role responsible for supporting manufacturing processes and optimizing production efficiency. This position involves assisting in the design and improvement of manufacturing processing, troubleshooting complex production issues, and contributing to process optimization. Prioritizing, managing, and resolving manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling and maintenance problems in real-time to ensure the best outcomes for our customers and the business. Identifying, planning, managing, and executing continuous improvement actions that reduce cost, cycle time, and lead time while increasing safety, quality, and repeatability. Overseeing the creation of equipment specifications for purchasing of capital equipment and the design of tooling, jigs, and fixtures to ensure effective results.
