Senior Manufacturing Engineer Cookeville, TN, United States Senior Manufacturing Engineer Atmus Filtration Technologies is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the evolution of our production capabilities in Cookeville, TN. In this high-impact role, you won't just manage processes-you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of advanced manufacturing equipment and systems. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive safety, efficiency, and innovation, helping to shape the future of filtration technology in a culture that values people first. This role is 100% on-site Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call duties. Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met. Leads by applying the knowledge or use of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes. Impacts the work by utilizing continuous improvement tools, following the Atmus standards, and leading the development of manufacturing standards and working methods. Leads the communications with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members. Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments. Leads the advanced knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices as they are applied to Atmus. Maintains relationships and coaches key stakeholders. Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
