The role We're looking for a full-time Account Manager, who will be the primary contact for around 80 clients for all things post-sale. We believe that how we support our current customers is of critical importance, and a major source of differentiation for our company. As a result, we expect every AM to be industry-leading in their customer obsession, responsiveness, depth of product knowledge, and ability to handle commercials around renewals and expansion.
