As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it. Execute business analyses and advanced modeling to draw insights. Contribute to the development of comprehensive strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth. Assist in the communication of findings to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways. Partner with teammates to define plans and road maps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity. Preferred qualifications: MBA or other relevant advanced degree. Experience leveraging skills such as financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc. to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results. Experience tailoring and delivering engaging reporting and presentations to audiences. Experience with delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management. Experience
