Multimedia Technician Advanced Auditor 2 Locations Accepting applications until: 29 May 2026 Job Description Multimedia Technician Advanced Auditor Your Role: Multimedia Technician Advanced Auditor Loctation: Enfield, London UK As part of a team of MMTAs you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities across the TfL estate comply with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Reporting to Quality and Compliance S.E.R.V.I.C.E. Manager, this role involves conducting audits, inspections, and compliance checks while also delivering classroom and site-based training to Global staff and contractors. You will also take ownership of specific stations, building relationships with Station Managers to ensure effective quality, compliance and safety measures. As a Multimedia Technician Advanced Auditor at Global, you will: Key Responsibilities Quality, Compliance & Safety Management (40%) Conduct regular quality, compliance, and safety inspections across the TfL estate to ensure alignment with Global and TfL standards (QUENSH). Carry out operational audits of Global and Contractor fixers, identifying risks, skills gaps, and improvement opportunities. Take ownership of assigned stations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. Monitor and enforce corrective actions following audits or incident investigations. Maintain accurate compliance documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and contractual obligations. Training, Competency & Development (25%) Deliver classroom and site-based training sessions to Global and Contractor teams, ensuring consistent understanding of compliance, quality, and safety standards. Support new staff onboarding with practical, on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
