About the Role As an L4 Assurance Program Manager on Remitly's Global Compliance Internal Testing (GCIT) team, you will lead key compliance assurance initiatives that directly shape Remitly's ability to operate safely and responsibly across global markets. You will apply deep domain expertise and a global risk lens to influence the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance control testing across complex regulatory domains. Your work will directly support regulatory readiness, senior stakeholder confidence, and customer trust. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence . You will partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Risk to guide Remitly's approach to assurance, drive systemic improvements , and deliver insights that inform compliance strategy and enterprise risk decisions.
