This role supports Record to Report (R2R) activities. The position involves implementing standardized processes, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, and managing key accounting operations. Responsibilities include preparing complex journal entries, executing month-end close procedures, reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts, and coordinating with auditors. The role also serves as a key liaison for senior stakeholders and provides guidance to junior team members. What the day will look like Implement the Standard Operating Model for transitioned activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency; Take full ownership of assigned financial processes, driving accuracy and compliance; Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication; Support junior colleagues, providing guidance and oversight; Prepare complex journal entries in accordance with accounting standards; Perform and validate bank account reconciliations and monitor transactions for discrepancies; Execute
