Senior Business Analyst Yarmouth, Maine Overview We are seeking a full-time Senior Business Analyst at our Yarmouth, ME location. This role requires you to currently live in ME. No relocation available. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering, documenting, and effectively communicating user requirements for large and complex projects, across multiple product lines and digital applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in serving as a functional proxy product owner, for mobile and web software features, aligning requirements to business and user needs. Essential Functions Partner with enterprise stakeholders to determine strategic channels roadmap Actively encourage team collaboration/professionalism with Garmin associates to achieve goals Actively implement continuous improvement on an enterprise level for business processes and Engineering business analysis processes Manage reconciliation and drive consensus regarding business tactical and strategic direction Make substantial contributions to determining feasibility of team or functional goals/objectives Demonstrate broad understanding of Garmin's business model including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing Mentor less-experienced Engineering Business Analysts (Engineering Business Analyst 1 & 2) Exemplify Garmin's Mission Statement and Quality Policy and proactively work to improve Garmin's image and culture Manage development/documentation of requirements from multiple global Garmin product managers using use cases, scenarios, complex and conflicting business workflow analyses Identify interdependencies between projects and overall business strategies in alignment of Garmin's benefit Collaborate directly with local and remote development team members and business clients Collaborate with QA team to define test
