Executive Assistant - Maternity Cover Israel - Tel Aviv About the role: We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to partner with Forter's CTO and SVP of Business Development in a fast-paced, global environment. This role is a highly execution-focused Executive Assistant position centered on hands-on support, leadership coordination, and day-to-day operational excellence, giving you the opportunity to contribute directly to Forter's pace, innovation, and success. This is a temporary, part-time position based out of Tel Aviv. You will be expected to work half-days (20 hours per week), through January 2027. What you'll be doing: - Anticipate needs and proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars, ensuring our executives are where they need to be, prepared and on time. - Prepare and support the creation of documents, reports, and occasional presentations for leadership initiatives. - Work closely with the CTO's direct reports (VP-level) to coordinate follow-ups and track action items from leadership meetings, ensuring decisions are executed and progress is visible. - Coordinate meetings, workshops, global events, and cross-team projects - from early planning to smooth delivery. - Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itineraries. - Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with discretion and confidence. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, representing Forter with professionalism and warmth. - Assist with operational needs, including liaising with office management and vendors.
