The job Senior Product Designers at Flo play a pivotal role in shaping complex, system-level design solutions that elevate user experiences across the Flo app. This role combines deep expertise in UX thinking, interaction design, systemic thinking, AI tooling and visual craft with the ability to architect scalable frameworks and influence product direction. As a senior individual contributor, you will be tackling the most challenging design problems, setting the quality bar for the team, and ensuring designs are accessible, inclusive, and emotionally resonant.
