The job We're looking for a Creative Strategist (Video) in our paid UA team who combines sharp strategic judgement, creative flair, and strong leadership to craft video paid UA campaigns that don't just get noticed - they move people. This isn't a video editing role - it's about turning performance data into fresh breakthrough creative concepts that capture attention and drive results. You'll sit at the intersection of data, psychology, and storytelling - analysing what works, ideating what's next, and directing others to bring it to life.
