You will be the end-to-end owner of this space, functioning as the bridge between complex business requirements and scalable engineering solutions. What You'll Do Become the Resident Expert: Work hand-in-hand with HCP business owners to deeply understand the nuances of healthcare travel. You will be the primary authority on all HCP-specific requirements, from regulatory constraints to user preferences. Own the Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end HCP travel journey, including booking, servicing, administration, compliant reporting, and internal support tooling. Solve Systemic Architecture: Identify and resolve deep-seated architectural challenges.
