About this role
Human Resources Business Partner Toronto, ON, CA Overview Flatiron Dragados is seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Canadian operations. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will work closely with corporate/project leaders, HR partners, and HR Centres of Expertise (COEs) to drive workforce planning, talent mobility, and to support the effective delivery of people strategies aligned to business needs. What you will be doing Act as a trusted advisor to corporate/project leaders, providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with internal legal counsel to manage and resolve complex employee issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with Canadian employment legislation. Support and coach leaders on performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, development planning, and performance improvement. Partner with the Total Rewards COE on compensation planning, salary reviews, and job evaluations to ensure alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition COE to support workforce planning efforts and ensure a strong pipeline of talent aligned with current and future business needs. Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover) and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
