Human Resources Specialist CA ON Napanee Plt 990 The Human Resources Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening plant organizational effectiveness by developing employee capability and optimizing talent. This role partners closely with plant leadership to implement people strategies that enhance engagement, job security, and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Human Resources Specialist ensures consistent application of HR policies, systems, and programs. This position supports both employees and leaders by aligning individual growth with business goals. Ensures fair, consistent, and compliant application of HR policies and employment standards across the plant. Acts as a strategic partner to leadership by providing guidance that balances business needs with employee well-being. What You Will Do Support day-to-day HR operations including policy updates, benefits administration, and HR system management. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while advocating for team members and fostering positive employee relations. Promote compliance with employment standards and ensure fair, consistent application of HR policies. Resolve workplace issues efficiently by facilitating collaborative, win-win solutions. Build strong relationships on the production floor to gather feedback, share insights, and support engagement.
