About the Role We are seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives that modernize and scale our Finance & Accounting organization. While the initial focus will be on Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation, this role extends well beyond revenue operations into a broader Finance Transformation mandate. You will drive optimization across core finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire), serve as the liaison between Finance and Business Systems, establish a PMO function within the CFO organization, and lead high-impact strategic projects such as post-merger integration, AI strategy for Finance, and end-to-end management reporting frameworks. This is a highly visible role requiring strong project leadership, deep finance and accounting process knowledge, and the ability to influence multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
