Financial Transformation Analyst Phoenix, AZ, United States Financial Transformation Analyst Phoenix, AZ, United States BE THE FIRST TO APPLY Job Description As a Financial Transformation Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving financial transformation initiatives and supporting engagement efforts that enhance business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the successful implementation of transformation projects. You will report directly to our Finance Director and you'll work out of our Phoenix location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's financial efficiency and strategic decision-making by providing insightful analysis and helping to drive change initiatives that align with the company's growth and operational goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support finance transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and financial transparency Assist with developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies for finance projects, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and minimizing disruption to business operations Work alongside leadership to manage stakeholder engagement activities - including workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums Drive continuous improvement programs within finance departments, leveraging data analytics and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization Support change impact assessments and readiness evaluations, proactively addressing risks and resistance to ensure smooth transitions during financial system upgrades and finance process changes.
