The AVP West will lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) who lead teams our enterprise net new segment to expand new logos for Five9. The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership through 10% YoY growth of their own selling teams and developed individual contributors into managers and directors. This person will have an excellent track record of closing revenue in the technology and software industry. This person is an excellent story teller, focuses on impact and value to customers and prospects, is a critical thinker, and holds their teams accountable to success. This person thinks with a growth mindset and is a change agent. This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be based in the US, ideally in the western territory. The AVP will lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents in/around the West US. Key Responsibilities: - Guide and manage activities of the RVP to ensure company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded - Ensure each team member is prospecting, conducting discovery calls, organizing demonstrations, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities
